How to create Analytics?

How to create Analytics?

• Admin shall have access to create new Analytics in the platform.
• Click on “Design tools” as shown below.
• In “Analytics” section, All the existing applications of the platform will be displayed for the admin.
• Click on “3 dots” icon to carry out multiple functions of the existing analytics such as editing option, delete option or adding owner as shown below.
• To create a new Analytic: Click on “Create” button as shown below.
• Provide the details like the caption or Name for the Analytic, and description of the Analytics for future reference.
• Also, Provide the owner and users who has access to only view the analytics.
• Select the Source Application (From which you can add attributes & values) and Visualization type.
• Provide Title name for X-Axis and Y-Axis.
• Available attributes will contain all the form fields excluding number fields from source application selected.
• Available Values will contain all the form fields including number fields from source application selected.
• Select all the relevant attributes and values to be added in the Analytics widget as shown below.
• Add Named Filters will contain all the form fields from source application selected. Adding named filters will enable user to edit filters in the Analytics widget create.
• You can also apply filters on selected attributes, values and filters as shown in below image.
• Select all the relevant filters to be added in the Analytics widget as shown below. Click on “Save” button to create the Analytics widgets.
• Visualization Types: There are three types of Visualization Types in Analytics. They are Chart, Table & Summary by count.
• Chart – We have Sub-Visualization types for this type. They are Bar, Column, Pie, Donut, Spline, line and Funnel.
• Table – You can see the analytic Widget in the form of table with as many no. of rows and columns you wanted.
• Summary By Count – In this type, you will have to select single attribute and single value to create analytic.
