How to Activate/Deactivate an App

• Only App Admin shall have access to create a New App. However, You can also add other users to be an app admin.
• Click on Apps after clicking on “Design Tools”.
• You can find options as mentioned in the picture for each app, if you click “3 dots” icon at the top right corner of each app.
• Deactivate: To de-activate the selected app.
• Open in App Designer: If you want to edit the existing app design, you can modify using this option.
• WBots: It defines how apps are interdependent.
• Export template to Excel: If you want to add records using Excel, you can download the template in the form of Excel and can add records and import data using option Import data from Excel.
• Export data to Excel: If you want your records to be in Excel format. Then this option is for you.
• Delete: You can delete the selected app using this option.
• Add Owner: If you want to add any of the Wavity Contacts as Owner to that particular application then you can use this option.
