How Schedulers Works?

Go to Profile > General > and click on Scheduler, click on create and provide all the required details.

We can create this scheduler to have the regular follow up emails that will trigger automatically by providing required details as shown below.

We can select the start and end dates with fixed time and set the period by selecting days and its occurrence duration.

Also we need to select the application and provide the conditions to trigger the schedule.

And also we can select the receivers from list/contacts/custom and can add the content in the body as shown below.

Thus we can schedule and emails notification which can trigger automatically with perfect schedule and it is a onetime setup.
