Creating Tickets Without Login Using a Shared Link

  • Agents shall share the link with users, allowing users to create a ticket without logging into the platform.
  • When users open the link, they will be directed to the ticketing form page, where they must enter all the required details.
  • Under Ticket Information, users need to select the Category, Sub-Category, and Priority based on the urgency of the issue.
  • Users should enter the issue in the Subject field for better clarity when the agent reviews the ticket. If they have any relevant screenshots or images, they can add them as attachments.
  • Describe your issue in detail in the Description box, enter the captcha at the bottom, and click the Submit button.
  • Users with agent access, upon logging in with their credentials, will land on the Agent Interface. In the Quick Links section, they can view the shared link, which can be shared with users to create tickets.
