Note: Only Admin/Solution Owner can enable password expiration. Password policy rules can be configured at tenant preferences.
To enable password expiration click on Profile Icon > Platform Settings – General > Preferences > Security.
You can find the check box next to ‘Enable password expiration’ under ‘Password Preferences’.
Check the box then you can find the options.
Enter the expiry details and click on save.
Password rotation policy. Example: Password should be expired after 90 days and password expiration notifications should be sent to users to reset the password, also should send notifications based on configuration of first and second expiry notification days.
